Most business owners are actually getting owned by their business. Initially, they chose to chart their own course to create more freedom. Freedom of time, wealth, control…etc. How’s that working out so far? Are you moving closer to what you want more of, or slowly drifting into numbing out and settling for good enough?

The past 4 years have been brutal on every owner. Catastrophic losses, team cost, market shifts, lease increases, unpredictable growth trends, supply chain…you name it. During that time the world has become more and more isolated and polarized. Entrepreneurs are misunderstood. Most think we have it all when the reality is leadership is lonely.

The answer is not doubling down, isolating yourself, and working even harder. To create radical change in our business we have to be committed to it and put ourselves in the environment where change can happen.
